An Bord Pleanála have granted a strategic planning permission for a €28.9m Housing Development in Rowlestown, Co. Dublin. The development is to consist of 130 houses and 1 creche.

€3.1m Industrial Building Plans have been granted for a €3.1m Industrial Building in Dublin 15.

Pre-Qualification Questionnaires have been advertised to building contractors for a €3.5m Primary Care Centre in Newtowncunningham, Co. Donegal. Demolition of the building on the site has been previously completed.

Following a pre planning application notice, full plans have been submitted for a social housing development in Co. Derry. The plans detail a total of 98 units in a mix of 65 dwellings and 33 apartments.
