Student Accommodation Projects – New An Bord Pleanala Fast Tracking Planning Statistics

Under the new planning legislation 4,734 student accommodation bed-spaces were submitted to planning with An Bord Pleanála in the last 2 weeks of September.

• Cairn Homes submitted 1,473 bed-spaces across 3 separate site
• UCC submitted 255 bed-spaces at a single site in Cork
• UCD submitted 3,006 bed-spaces on their Belfield Campus in Dublin 4
