There has been a 9.1% increase in the volume of plans submitted in Q1 2024. Despite a 5.5% drop in plans awarded based on volume. Even with their tiny margins, these numbers show the Department of Education’s continuous backlog. The amount of completed projects in these quarterly reports decreased by 31.4%.
