As part of bringing our teams together under the Hubexo brand, some of our colleagues’ email addresses are changing from @cisireland.com to @hubexo.com.

Why are your email addresses changing?
We’re bringing our teams together as one team as part of Hubexo, which represents our group of brands across the globe. As part of this alignment, our colleagues’ personal email addresses are moving from @thenbs.com to @hubexo.com.
What exactly is changing?
Only the individual email addresses of our CIS colleagues are changing—for example:
[email protected] → [email protected].
What’s staying the same?
Everything else. There is no change to:
- Shared inboxes (e.g. [email protected], or [email protected])
- Product update or support emails
- Our operations, teams, or how we work with you
- The CIS brand, our products, and the services we deliver
It’s still the same CIS – the same people, same expertise and the same commitment to your success.
Will emails to @cisireland.com still work?
Yes, any emails you send to @cisireland.com addresses will continue to reach us. You won’t experience any disruption.
However, we encourage you to start using our new @hubexo.com addresses where possible. It helps ensure a smoother transition and reflects our alignment under the Hubexo brand.
