In this update we take a look at some project highlights, recent activity in different sectors

€7m Urban Regeneration Project

Tenders are currently being sought from contractors for Phase 1 works on the €7m Limerick City Centre Urban Revitalisation Scheme. Public Realm works are expected to take in the region of 12 months to complete.

Plans have been approved for a €76m commercial development at Coopers Cross, Dublin 1.

Main contractors have been appointed for a €9m College Extension at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Westland Row, Dublin 2.

£4m Apartment Development

Plans have been approved for the construction of an 11-storey apartment development in Belfast. The development will see the construction of 50 apartments with ground and first floor retail space to include ground and basement car parking provision.
