€19.8m STEM Building

Plans have recently been submitted to Dublin City Council for the construction of a €19.8m – 5 storey general teaching, health and human performance, stem and administration building at the DCU Glasneven Campus.

A strategic housing development application has been granted by An Bord Pleanála for a €87m Apartment Development at Royal Canal Park (Phase 4).

€13.6m Distributor Road

A main contractor is expected to be appointed in the coming months for the construction of new €13.6m distributor road from Ongar to Barnhill, Dublin 15. Works are expected to take in the region of 18 months to complete.

Following a pre planning application, full plans have been submitted for a major city centre mixed use development in Newry, Co. Down. The plans propose circa 2,100 sq.m of office space, 3 retail units and 82 x residential units (private and social). The development is to be known as ‘Pearce’s Gate’
