€120m Trinity Wharf Development
Wexford County Council are aiming to have this project in the enabling stages by the end of 2020 despite COVID’s influence on the markets. To consist of a six-storey hotel, six-storey car park, five-storey residential building, three five-storey office buildings, two-storey cultural/ performance centre, two-storey mixed-use restaurant/cafe/ specialist retail building, new sea wall around the existing Trinity Wharf site and a 64 berth floating marina.

£4.7m Supermarket Development
Plans for a £4.7 million new Asda store in Newtownabbey, Co.Antrim are to be recommended for approval at a council meeting. The store will provide 40,000 sq.ft of retail space.
€20m Hotel Development
Plans have been approved for a €20m – 261-bedroom Hotel development for Midsal Homes at Molyneux Yard, Dublin 8.The 8-storey development will measure over 8,000 sq.m. and is expected to create 200 jobs upon completion.

€35m INTERREG SWELL Wastewater Upgrades
Tenders are currently being sought from a select list of contractors for Wastewater Upgrades to improve the quality of water in Carlingford Lough and Lough Foyle as part of the INTERREGSWELL program. Works are expected to take in the region of 24 months to complete.
