Construction Project Updates
€147m – Mixed Use Development
A planning application for a multi-million euro “new town” development in Galway has been submitted which will have a floor area in excess of 95,000sq.m.
Project details
£5m – Apartment Development
Full plans have been submitted for a £5m apartment development in Belfast comprising 57 units. This follows a pre planning application public consultation earlier this year.
€34.1m – Residential Development
A strategic planning application has been granted for 155 residential units comprised of two-storey terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings (44 No. 4-bedroom houses, 48 No. 3-bedroom houses and 23 No. 2-bedroom houses) at Beladd, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Project details
€16.5m – N56 Letterilly to Kilraine Road Scheme
Main contractors have been appointed for the €16.5m upgrading of approximately 4.1km of regional road to a Type 3 Single Carriageway as part of the N56 Letterilly to Kilraine Road Scheme in Co. Donegal. Works are expected to take in the region of 18 months to complete.
