Chief Operating Officer
Dermot joined CIS in 2014 as a financial controller. His analytical skills were quickly identified and he was chosen to lead a new pillar of CIS research – Insights. Dermot comes from an agricultural background and has a degree in Agricultural Science. He is also and ACCA qualified accountant and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies.
Dermot is responsible for the quarterly Construction data report published by CIS. He combines his role as head of the Insights team with financial oversight duties in the company. He recently took over the role of COO following the departure of previous Managing Director, Tom Moloney.
