The following are answers to questions that we are often asked about the CIS Project
Tracker CRM.
I am interested in the database and its capabilities but I would like to have a
look at it before I decide whether to purchase or not, is this possible ?
We will come out to your offices at a mutually suitable date and perform a free
demonstration of the CRM, it will take about 1 hour of your time to show you the
main features and capabilities and to discuss what you would like it to do for you.
I recognise the need for such a system in our company but I don't feel that confident
I would be able to navigate and operate the database to its potential, is there
any support line available ?
We are strongly focused on the after Sales service with this product. We strongly
believe in the value of the software and genuinely want our users to reap the benefits
from this system. We have constant support in the form of telephone, e-mail, training
sessions and seminars available as part of a Support Contract for all our CRM users.

How can this system improve my Business Development, Marketing or Sales ?
With this system in operation it allows you to pinpoint exactly the type of projects
that are of interest to you.
For example, you can filter the data to show you:
All the Office Building Projects in Co. Dublin at Pre-Tender all over 2 Storeys that
have only got Architects appointed onto the Design Team.
Once you have this filtered list you can identify which of the Projects on it are
of high interest to you and apply a status to them. This will flag the project and
every time you want to recall this project you can by running a simple search on
your High Value jobs. You can also print this list or e-mail it to your Reps in
report format and log notes against this project so that you can build up a history
of correspondence. All of these features will make your marketing more focused,
it will enable you to target your business development on the correct areas and
in turn will hopefully increase your Sales.
